If a lampshade is purchased separately, it may be shipped in a separate package.

Always place the lamp on a flat, stable surface away from flammable materials. Use only a compatible bulb that does not exceed the fixture’s maximum wattage, and keep electrical cords away from rugs, doorways and areas where they could become damaged.

It is recommended to use a 16 inch shade with a 26 to 28 watt fluorescent bulb. (Bulb is not included.)
